Depending on your preference, you can use it with or without the thumb loop (small hole in the wrist, which lets your thumb pass through, and lets you keep your hand warm in the sleeve).
Washing instructions: hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle, using cold water and a mild detergent. It’s best to wash these items separately from other garments to avoid snagging or stretching. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as they can damage elastane fibers. Do not tumble-dry or iron.
